When you work with the titanium coated cast aluminum aebleskiver pan with an insulated handle, you have the advantage of not having to worry about the clean up so much. The baking is also so much easier and you can cook with less of the cooking oil needed to not having them stick.

The new non-stock coated pans have a much more durable finish and you need not work with the wooden skewers any more. You should still be a little careful not to scratch more than necessary.

You can also use them for camping since they are very lightweight. Your camping fellows will love you for bringing it along and I have gotten numerous stories from people thanking me for advising them to use this one. They have been telling about funny stories where people came from other camps, just to see what it was that smelled so delicious.

This pan should be used primarily on gas stoves, not the electric flat top stoves. Make sure to read the getting started section, before using the pan, to get the best result out of it.
