The pan is the same dimension as the all cast iron pan, only with the handle as a difference.  It makes it a lot easier for you to handle the pan and if others want to try their skill with it, they can easier handle this pan, without burning themselves.

This pan is best used on a gas stove and can also be used on the regular electric stove, but not the flat top stoves.

Before you begin you should carefully read the getting started section first, to make sure you get the best start. Also to learn how to season the pan for best results.
